Welcome to Hellokea, a product of Netatum Ltd. These Terms of Service (“TOS”) govern your use of Hellokea, so please read them carefully.

Hellokea is an email service that allows users to store and manage their email in a database. Hellokea also offers payment processing through Stripe for paid plans.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Hellokea. By using Hellokea, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
To use Hellokea, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
You agree to use Hellokea only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these TOS. You may not use Hellokea to:
If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees and charges associated with that plan. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees and charges. You are responsible for keeping your payment information up-to-date.
Netatum Ltd owns all rights, title, and interest in and to Hellokea, including all intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of Hellokea without our express written consent.
We may terminate your access to Hellokea at any time for any reason, with or without notice. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of Hellokea.
Hellokea is provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind. Netatum Ltd disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Netatum Ltd will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with these TOS or your use of Hellokea, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These TOS are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
