Why can't I just use the free plan?
There is nothing wrong with the free plan. It's okay for some businesses to purge old emails that are
180 days old. If your email size requirements are not more than 5 MiB, you can keep using the free plan.
Any email above this size will be rejected. We recommend upgrading to a paid plan to keep preserving
your data.
Is there restrictions in number of products?
There are no restrictions on creating any number of products. Each product you create will have all the
features. The number of email accounts and the size of emails are restricted by the plan.
How many users can be added to a product?
You can add users based on the plan you have selected. You have the flexibility to add different users
for each product you create, as long as it's within the plan's user limit.
What happens if the email size exceeds the size limit specified in the plan?
With Hellokea, you simply forward emails from your mailbox. If your email size exceeds the plan limit,
Hellokea will reject it. However, the email will still remain in your original mailbox.
What happens if I cancel my plan after using it for 3 months? Will my emails
be preserved?
No, unfortunately that's not possible. When you cancel your paid subscription, your account is
automatically moved to the free plan. As a result, emails older than a certain period are automatically
deleted.
